If She Dared . . .

Let go, she could totally walk.  For the past two weekends, we have been "practicing" walking.  Hadlee is so good at going from person to person, and even over to a toy or couch.  She forgets when she is playing and stands without holding on all the time.  But, I'm sure like most babies, she just can't do it when she thinks about it.  We walk around constantly with Hadlee holding on with just one hand.  She doesn't pull or hang though!   So... if she dared she'd be cruising all over the place!  Watch out!

The funniest thing... last night when Hadlee got out of the bathtub, my phone rang.  So while I was talking on the phone, Hadlee was walking around totally naked.  Which is the cutest thing ever!  Anyways, she figured out the funniest thing to do.  All of the sudden, she stops, pats her bare chest (kind of loudly), and cracks up.  Then she continued doing it... walk, pat, laugh!  It was hilarious!

LoVe

Each day I love Hadlee more and more!  She is so cute and funny!  Yesterday when I got there to see her at lunch, she was so giggly!  She can get pretty goofy sometimes.  When I pick her up after school she always has to show me what she's been doing.  It's amazing how such a little person can communicate!  Hadlee also picks up words so fast.  I'm trying to think of all the words she says, but I'm sure I'll miss a few!  She says . . . "ball, ba (baby), dada, daddy, mama, nana (banana), cook (cookie), ceeches (peaches), eetz (pizza), baa (bye), bep bep (beep, beep when she touches a nose)."  I am sure there is more, she basically tries to copy anything we say!  I just can't get enough of her!!
